A rich, creamy, and flavorful chicken dish that’s perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Season and cook the chicken
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
Remove and set aside.

2. Prepare the sauce
Add butter to the same pan.
Once melted, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
Season with Italian herbs, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
Simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

3. Combine
Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.

4. Serve
Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, or bread.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
